JAMIE: LOSS: 0.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 8.2 lbs

Breakfast:
C: 3 eggs and ham
J: 2 eggs and ham

Morning snack:
J: FF yoplait Lemon Creme Pie yogurt + oat bran

Lunch:
C: Leftover steaks
J: hamburger patty

Afternoon Snack:
C: FF yogurt
J: roast beef

Dinner:
C: Cheeseburger, steak fries, jalapeno coins
J: hamburger, steak fries, jalapeno coins

Water:
C: 3 quarts water, 1 can Diet Dr. Pepper, 16 oz. Diet Pepsi
J: 2 quarts water, 1 can Cherry Coke Zero, 32 oz Diet Pepsi

I am so embarrassed that we caved so bad last night that I almost didn't post today. UGH!!!! We were both so weak!!! But omg... it was so good and Red Robin was calling our names! You have to understand that we were easily eating out 3-5 times a week, so to go from that to this was culture shock. I'm really surprised we don't cave in more often. We're back on track today (now Sunday), but I wanted you all to know why my weight jumps up ridiculously in 2 or 3 days!
