DAY 21- SEPTEMBER 11, 2011

CURT: LOSS: 0.0 lbs TOTAL: 11.8 lbs
JAMIE: LOSS: 1.2 lbs TOTAL: 9.6 lbs

Breakfast:
C and J: patty melt omelet and Americano coffee white Chocolate and Raspberry for J, Caramel for C, all fat free and sugar free

Lunch:
C and J: lots and lots of veggies and "Ranch" dip

Afternoon Snack:
C and J: FF Banana Creme Pie Yogurt

Dinner:
C and J: Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps list on Dukan it out

Water:
C: 2 quarts water, 2- 12 oz Bud Lights
J: 2.5 quarts water, 3- 16 oz Mike's Hard Lemonades

We decided yesterday that since the gym we're members at is closed for maintenance
til Tuesday we would do something today with the kids that would keep us active so we picked going to the Bruneau Sand Dunes would be perfect and then Given's hot springs. We got up fairly early and got to the Sand Dunes and stopped at the first dune we got to. It looked pretty small and conquerable so we park. The kids all ran to the base of it and we thought... "Oh, Crap!!"


Oh my.. what a feat to get to the top! Curt and I realized/ confirmed, yes... we are out of shape. Especially when we watch Ethan climb, run down, climb, run down, climb, run down, climb.... all before we got to the top. Once Curt got to the top, he stayed at the top. I ran half way down twice and that's about it. It wore us out! Every step we would take, we would sink half way up our shins in sand.


Yes... I know I look pregnant... I'm NOT!

We needed a little relaxation afterwards to we went to Given's Hot Springs. We got in a good hour and a half work out playing pool volleyball, basket ball, how long can you hold your breath game and tread water while a 7 year old would jump in at us.


Between the heat and the water, we were wiped out by the time we got home and spent the rest of the night relaxing. I made Asian Chicken Lettuce wraps.... they were fabulous and spicy!!!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED them!!

All this play made some of us pretty tired! Berlyn:
