DAY 14- CRUISE PHASE- SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2011

DAY 14, SEPTEMBER 4, 2011
PP + veggies

CURT: GAIN: 2.0 lbs TOTAL: 10.6 lbs.
JAMIE: LOSS: 2.8 lbs TOTAL: 10.6 lbs.

Breakfast:
C: Omelet
J: Omelet

Afternoon Snack:
C: oven roasted broccoli, Yoplait Light Boston Creme Pie Yogurt
J: oven roasted broccoli

Dinner:
C and J: Spicy Taco Casserole

Water:
C: 1 quart of water, 1 can Diet Cherry Coke
J: 4 quarts of water, 1 can Diet Cherry Coke

I know we did veggies yesterday, but we did it again today. Curt works tomorrow and it's easier, kinda, to have the pure protein when we're working.

So, I'm pretty excited! I've lost 4 lbs in the past 2 days. That's just crazy!

  1. Well done on the 4lbs loss - thats awesome in 2 days - you must be doing alot right!!! I'm constantly facinated by the yoghurts you have - they sound so good - our local supermarkets have a rubbish selection and all the low or 0% fat ones have sugar and sweeteners in. I find it easier to do PV days on a weekend too; more scope for eating out and having people round I've found. I hope the woosh continues for you.
