JAMIE: GAIN: 1.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 14.4 lbs.

Breakfast:
C: 2 eggs
J: 20 oz. SF/ FF coffee, 6 slices of beef sausage

Lunch:
C: leftover orange chicken
J: 2 eggs, ham steak

Afternoon snack:
J: 2 oatbran muffins and leftover orange chicken, 16 ounce rasp white choc mocha

Dinner:
C and J: cuban skirt steak

Water:
C: 3 liters water
J: 6 liters water

I hate weighing in on mornings when I work.  I don't get a chance to get my body moving, including getting my bowels moving.  Sorry...  I tried to be delicate about that, but how is that possible?  I'm stilling having "going" issues, but I'm planning on getting a little help for that today.  Anyways...  I think that if I was a little more regular, my weight loss would be a little more regular, instead of small gain, small gain, small gain, WHOOSH!

I'm starting a very long work week today.  I work today, tomorrow, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday here, and Tuesday night and Wednesday night at the boys' house.  Today, I've been working on my clients' kitchen.  We cleaned out the frig, the stove and oven- including behind/ under it, and all the cupboards so far.  We're going to go do their grocery shopping here in a bit and then come home and clean the counters and sinks real well and then the floors.  Oh... I need to clean out the pantry too.  One of the girls dropped an entire bag of splenda off of the top shelf and it managed to spill onto every shelf and on every can, pan, box in there!  I found her in there with a wooden spoon on her tip toes trying to get it.  We're trying to get a doctor's order so we can put a lock on the pantry door.  This client needs surgery but has to lose 30 lbs before they will even consider doing it.  So while she okay when we cook for her, she is constantly sneaking food.  But, she lost 4 lbs this week, so something is working.

  1. Jamie... I'm convinced the "not going" is part of the problem some days for me, too. You're doing great, eating the right foods, and from the looks of your last few blogs been burning tons of calories cleaning at your job!!!
    Sounds like a lock is needed for the pantry... glad your client lost 4 pounds... put her on Dukan :)
