C: eggs and ham
J: (late breakfast) leftover eggplant lasagna, black coffee w/ SF raspberry syrup and a couple T. of 2% milk
Dinner:
C and J: Blackened chicken Salad
Water:
C: 2 quarts water, 32 oz Diet Coke
J: 2 quarts water, 32 oz Diet Coke
Exercise:
J: treadmill- walk/ run 15 minutes, 1 miles. Bike: 40 minutes, 14.25 miles
