CURT: stayed the same and I was off on math so correction on TOTAL LOSS: 40.4 lbs
JAMIE: LOSS: 1.8 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 16.8 lbs
Late Breakfast:
C: 100 calorie skinny Starbucks peppermint mocha, omelet, cottage cheese
J: 100 calorie skinny Starbucks peppermint mocha, veggie omelet, cottage cheese
Late Lunch:
C: 2 eggs, FF yogurt
Dinner:
C and J: steak, broccoli
Water:
C: 3 quarts water
J: 4 quarts, 1 diet rootbeer
We're hoping for good numbers tomorrow, but who knows. Today was... blah. We didn't do much. We ran errands this morning. Curt worked this afternoon/ evening. Wow... now that I write about it, we were seriously boring people today. But, that's how it goes occasionally.
A whoosh for you! You eat like that everyday, you'll be shedding the pounds very fast :)
