Day 12, Cruise Phase

CURT: LOSS: 0.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 32.4 lbs
JAMIE: LOSS: 1.4 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 15.8 lbs
Breakfast:
C: 3 eggs, 2 ham steaks, 2 oatbran muffins
J: 6 slices beef sausage, 2 oatbran muffins, 2- 20 oz SF/ FF coffee
Lunch:
C: turkey, mashed cauliflower and mushroom gravy

Dinner:
C and J: Nacho stuffed peppers
Water:
C: 3 quarts, some soda (I'm not sure how much)
J: 5 quarts
Well... that little bit of extra fiber seems to be helping me. Finally...
I'm working on a new menu for December 15- January 16. I know, it's a little early, but money is going to be a little tight and when I have this nice little menu that I worked on for hours, I tend to stick to it and not get myself into an trouble. We've been great the past few weeks because of this menu. I type it up and email it to both of us so I have it on my phone when I'm out and about and can't remember what I have planned. Something that I do notice is that when I do cheat and eat something that it's not Dukan-friendly, I feel like crap for a few days. My stomach lets me know that was the stupidest thing I could have done. So... I've started listening to my body better.
Woo Hoo!!! 1.4 pounds! That is awesome! Glad the fiber is working for ya! LOL
